All purchasers are required to register for a Bidder’s Number to bid. A form of picture identification is required to verify information.
All purchases are to be paid in full on the day of auction.
Sales are not subject to financing. Financing must be arranged prior to your purchase.
All items are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with all faults. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. We encourage you to preview and inspect before you buy.
By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they are bidding regardless of item condition.
Information recorded, such as mileage, hours, etc, is a guide only for customer convenience. Please refer to online VIN checks for accuracy.
All purchases are subject to Ohio Sales Tax (7.25%) unless you hold a valid exemption.
The cataloged assets are scheduled to be sold at auction. Any asset may be pulled at the owner's discretion at any time.
(TA) means the TITLE is ABSENT. The seller has 30 days to produce the title. If after the 30 days have passed and you have not received your title, you may return the vehicle for a full refund. (It is recommended that the purchaser NOT spend any money on the vehicle until title is received).
The vehicle title must be in the seller’s name. Open titles are not accepted.
Purchases left on auction lot are done so at the sole responsibility of the owner of the item.
Goods left more than 30 days at our facility are subject to resale without notice for storage fees.
